Lovely family-friendly retreat

Our family room was newly renovated. The interactive space kept our children entertained while we enjoyed the large pool and warm jacuzzi.

The breakfast choices were somewhat limited, though they were satisfactory enough for our needs during our five-night stay.

Our Quadruple Room was spacious, clean, and had a gorgeous view over the sea. The air conditioning worked well, a relief given the heat! Plus, the daily breakfast was amazing-lots of options that changed every day. I really loved that they had a kids' pool and playground right near the main pool.

The only good thing about this hotel is the animation team. The stuff does a really good work to entertain people.

Dirty rooms (cut nails on the floor), far from the pictures on the website, it is semi-renovated old hotel, old unsound furniture. Very very dissapointed and do not recommend to anyone.

Excellent view from balcony

Very nice hotel with very friendly reception. We were made very welcome. Comfortable rooms with everything we required. Nice location near beachfront and harbour. Our visit was a stopover on a long journey but would recommend for a holiday or longer stay.

The room was brand-new with delightful views over the marina. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a wide range of goodies.

Excellent breakfast and helpful staff

I had a really enjoyable stay with great breakfast options, including plenty of fresh fruit and the staff even packed lunch boxes for us on our early check-out day. The room had a nice sea view and was kept super clean . The Wi-Fi was quite poor in my room, frustrating to use .

I liked position of Hotel

Hotel promote it self whit 4 stars, my opinion is that should have only 2. Hotel is in bad condition, stuff is not frendly, internet was not working in room, I said to hotel staff that the internet is not working cuple of time at the end sombody comes and he didn t repair.Bad communication whit stuff.

really good, quiet and immaculate hotel. Staff very friendly and where very helpful in giving advice on the local area and things to see.

Air conditioning? More like air non-ditioning. And trust me, a 30-minute detour to the main beach is not my idea of a scenic route!

Everything was perfect, breakfast - one of the best, location - very close to the sea, this hotel only for family guests , for young couples its too many children, parents, grandparents )) but its very cozy and nice hotel with funny animation.

Clean rooms with a balcony. The staff very friendly and offer very good service. The breakfast was great. Air condition was working great. The pool was clean and the area was good. Its located very good, and the beach are 2 minutes away.

Small room with views of the wall.Shower was so small. No possibility for lunch paket if you ride early.

great stay but minor wifi issues

During my three-night stay, I was really surprised by the complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room. The cleanliness was excellent, with daily towel changes and well-maintained facilities. The beds were comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the pool view every morning while sipping coffee from the room's kettle.

The Wi-Fi connection in my room was inconsistent, which disrupted my ability to stay connected.

staff were helpful

Bathroom badly needed updating - toilet seat was hanging off, mould around bath, fittings worn very badly, again should be replaced Only one very small hot lift which took ages to arrive. TV would lose connection faily often so could not veiw a whole programme - so should not be advertised as a benefit
